Welcome to Satyam Maid Services. By accessing our website, booking our services, or interacting with our staff, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access our services.

1 Service Scope & Provision

• We act as a premium service provider connecting verified and professionally trained domestic workers (maids, cleaners, cooks) with households.
• While all our staff undergoes strict background and identity verification (Aadhar/Voter ID), it is the customer's responsibility to secure their valuables during the service period.
• Service durations and scopes are strictly limited to what is mentioned on your booking receipt.

2 Pricing & Payments

• All prices mentioned on the website are transparent and fixed. There are no hidden fees.
• If a service requires extra time beyond the booked slot, extra charges will apply (e.g., ?75 per 30 minutes, as specified in our pricing chart).
• Payments must be settled upon the completion of the service directly to the company via approved online methods or to the assigned worker if explicitly authorized.

3 Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide a safe, respectful, and harassment-free working environment for our staff.
• Misbehavior, abuse, or inappropriate conduct towards any assigned worker will result in immediate termination of the service without any refund and may lead to legal action.
• Customers must supply basic cleaning equipment (brooms, mops, water supply) unless a specialized deep cleaning package is booked.

4 Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled service time.
• Frequent cancellations may result in restrictions on booking future services with us.
• If our professional arrives at your location and is denied entry or the service is cancelled on the spot, a minimum visiting charge may apply.

5 Liability & Dispute Resolution

Satyam Maid Services takes utmost care in background checks and training. However, the agency will not be held legally liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of valuables, or disputes arising during the service. Any severe disputes will be addressed by the local jurisdiction of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
