Eligibility for Full Refund
You are entitled to a full refund (or advance payment adjustment) under the following circumstances:
- You cancel your booking at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
- Our assigned worker fails to reach your location due to unforeseen agency issues, and we are unable to provide a replacement.
- If you mistakenly made a double payment for the same booking ID.

Non-Refundable Scenarios
To protect the time and effort of our workers, refunds will not be initiated if:
- The cancellation is made when the worker has already arrived at your location (a minimum visiting charge will be deducted).
- The customer is unresponsive or not present at the address during the booked time slot.
- The service was successfully completed but you are claiming a refund based on subjective dissatisfaction without giving our team a chance to rectify the issue.

Refund Process & Timelines
- To request a refund, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email with your booking details.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (UPI, Bank Transfer, etc.).
- Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account.
